Q. How do I place orders? A. Simply fill out the order form completely. If colors are an option don't forget to select which color you would like.
Q. What payment options do you accept? A. We accept Visa, MC, and AMX. No fax or phone orders are accepted.
Q. Will I receive confirmation of my order? A. You will receive a confirmation email in 24 hours.
Q. I didn't receive a confirmation of my order? A. Please send us an email. We will respond within 24 hours and confirm your order. You may also call customer service (609-625-7467) to verify your order.
Q. Will you keep my credit card information secure? A. Yes, all payment information is encrypted and collected by our secure server.
Q. How long do I have to wait to receive my order? A. Deliveries usually take about 2-3 weeks. Most orders are delivered quicker however. The size and the shipping method UPS, Federal Express, etc. may also affect the time of delivery. Free delivery to continental USA only.
Q. Do you ship outside continental USA? A. Some items are available for shipment out of the continental USA, others are not. Email us your selection and address. We will respond within 24 hours with an answer.
Q. Do you ship to P.O.BOX's? A. Sorry, we ship only to a residence address.
Q. Is assembly required when I receive my order? A. Some larger items do require simple assembly. This is necessary so the furniture can be shipped via UPS or a ground shipment rather than the more expensive freight delivery. Usually 2 pieces might need to be bolted together. All hardware and instructions are provided.
Q. Do I have to pay sales tax? A. If you live in New Jersey yes, we need to collect sales tax, any other state the sales tax is 0%.
Q. What is your return policy?
If you received a defective item or the item is not the correct item we will replace it with a new one.
Returns for any other reason will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
The returned item in the original box with the packing materials must be in resellable condition.
Returns must be properly packaged and insured just as you received it.
No returns will be accepted after product is assembled or used.
Credit will not be issued for damaged or used products. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Shipping fees are not refundable.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.
Any shipping discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of receipt of goods, and must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.
If your order has been shipped at the time of cancellation there is a 25% restocking fee plus a 2 way shipping fee.
